AKYLADE Exam Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At AKYLADE, we understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, and we strive to provide a flexible and fair exam cancellation and rescheduling policy while maintaining the integrity of our exam process.
Rescheduling Policy
- Candidates may reschedule their exam at no additional cost as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time.
- Rescheduling must be completed directly through Certiverse.com. AKYLADE does not process rescheduling requests directly.
- If you need assistance, you can contact AKYLADE Support at support@akylade.com, but rescheduling must still be completed on the Certiverse platform.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the exam time is not permitted. If a candidate fails to reschedule within the required timeframe, the exam appointment will be considered forfeited, and a new exam voucher will be required at the candidate's expense.
Cancellation Policy
- Candidates who wish to cancel their exam may do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time by submitting a request through Certiverse.com.
- Refunds for canceled exams are not available. However, candidates may request a voucher extension or transfer their exam voucher to a later date if extenuating circumstances apply.
No-Show Policy
- If a candidate does not appear for their scheduled exam and has not rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the exam will be considered a no-show, and the exam voucher will be forfeited (or deemed expired). A new voucher purchase will be required to schedule a new exam.
Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If a candidate experiences an emergency that prevents them from attending their scheduled exam, they may submit a request for an exception along with supporting documentation to support@akylade.com. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
