Scheduling your AKYLADE certification exam is simple with our step-by-step guide.

Follow the procedure below to ensure a seamless process:

1. Log into the AKYLADE Candidate Portal:

   • Visit akylade.com and log in with your AKYLADE account credentials.
     
     
   • If you don’t have a free AKYLADE account, create one.
     
     
   • Important: If you have a Certiverse account, use the same email for both accounts to ensure proper connection and communication.
     
     
   • Once logged in, the yellow “Sign In” button in the top right corner will change to a yellow “Profile” button.

2. Access Your Vouchers:

   • Click on the “Vouchers” link on the left side of the screen.
     
     
   • Here, you’ll find all purchased vouchers, whether bought directly from AKYLADE or provided by an Authorized Training Partner (ATP) through their training programs. Note that this will not include vouchers purchased directly from Certiverse.com.

3. Select Your Certification Exam:

   • In the Voucher Overview section, locate the exam you wish to schedule.
     
     
   • Click the purple “Schedule Exam” button on the far right of the screen next to your chosen certification.
     
     
   • This action will activate your eligibility on the Certiverse testing platform.

4. Proceed to Exam Scheduling:

   • After activating eligibility, the “Schedule Exam” button will change to “Continue Scheduling.”
     
     
   • Click this button to access additional instructions for scheduling.

5. Follow On-Screen Instructions for Certiverse Scheduling:

   • Visit Certiverse.com.
     
     
   • Log in or create a Certiverse account using the same email address as your AKYLADE portal account.
     
     
     • If creating a new Certiverse account, confirm it through the verification email sent by Certiverse.
       
       
   • Return to the AKYLADE Portal: In the Voucher section of your AKYLADE candidate portal, click your unique customer eligibility link.
     
     
     • This link will open a new browser tab, allowing you to schedule directly with Certiverse.
       
       
     • Note: No voucher code entry is required on either the AKYLADE or Certiverse system.
       
       
   • Select Your Exam Date and Time: Choose from the available dates and times provided by Certiverse, based on proctor availability.

6. Prepare for Your Exam:

   • Download and review the Candidate Resources in your portal, including exam objectives and practice exams.
     
     
   • For additional training support, visit akylade.com/partners to explore training options from our Authorized Training Partners (ATPs).

7. Exam Day Guidelines:

   • Log in at least 15 minutes early from a quiet location.
     
     
   • Complete the Certiverse security check prior to sitting for your exam to ensure your system is ready on test day.
