Retake Process for AKYLADE Certification Exams

At AKYLADE, we are committed to helping you achieve your certification goals. Below is the detailed retake process for candidates:

Retake Policy

1. First Retake:

   • If you do not pass your exam, you may retake it within 7 days of your initial attempt.
   • If additional attempts are needed, you must wait 14 days before scheduling your second retake.

2. Retake Limits:

   • There are no limits on the number of retakes for failed exams.
   • Candidates cannot retake an exam they have passed until the end of the 3-year certification cycle expiration.

Retake Fees and Options

• Retake Voucher:
  If you purchased the retake option at the time of your voucher purchase, email support@akylade.com to activate your retake voucher.

• New Voucher:
  If you did not purchase a retake option, you can buy a new voucher at https://www.akylade.com/vouchers.

Steps to Retake an Exam

1. Log in to your AKYLADE account.
2. Check the eligibility window for your retake.
3. Use your retake voucher or purchase a new one to schedule the exam.
